The concept of the Zach Resnick Big Band began when Zach wanted to perform some big band arrangements for his senior recital at Oberlin Conservatory in 2016. After about a year as an ensemble the band finally went to the studio and recorded arrangements of the music of Alon Yavnai and Michael Jackson.
